Party Bus Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Alcohol & Food

Can we drink alcohol on the bus?
Yes. Alcohol is permitted on the bus for guests who are 21 years of age or older. Alcoholic beverages are not provided; guests are welcome to bring their own.

  • A shared cooler is available
  • Guests must provide their own ice
  • Styrofoam coolers and kegs are not permitted
  • Cups and drinks are not provided

Can we bring food on the bus?
Yes. Light snacks are allowed on the bus. Select snacks may also be available for purchase at the time of booking.

Travel Area & Routes

Is there a set route or schedule?
No. There is no preset route or schedule. You are free to visit multiple locations within the metropolitan St. Louis area during your reserved time.

Are there mileage limits?
Yes. Travel beyond 25 miles from Downtown St. Louis may result in additional mileage or fuel charges.

Do you charge a fuel surcharge?
Travel outside the 25‑mile radius may incur a fuel surcharge. Please contact us for exact pricing prior to your reservation.

Smoking Policy

Can we smoke on the party bus?
No. Smoking is not allowed on board any of our buses for insurance and safety reasons.
However, the chauffeur will gladly make stops for smoke breaks upon request.

Comfort & Amenities

Is the bus air‑conditioned?
Yes. All buses are fully climate‑controlled for year‑round comfort, featuring:

  • Air conditioning in the summer
  • Heat in the winter
  • Front and rear A/C
  • Tinted windows and blackout curtains

Can we play our own music?
Yes. Our buses are equipped with:

  • Bluetooth connectivity
  • Auxiliary input (headphone jack compatible)

Guests are responsible for bringing their own auxiliary cable if needed.

Do the buses have a dance pole or restroom?

  • Dance Pole: ✅ Yes
  • Restroom: 🚫 No

Restroom stops can be made at any time during your trip.

Gratuity & Reservation Timing

No. Chauffeur gratuity is not included in the reservation total. A 15% gratuity is appreciated. Additional gratuity is always welcome but not required.

When does my reservation start and end?

  • Your reservation begins at your scheduled pick‑up time
  • It ends once all passengers exit the bus at the final drop‑off location
    (Time does not begin when the vehicle leaves our facility.)

Deposits, Payments & Policies

Do you require a booking deposit?
Yes. A non‑refundable $100 booking deposit is required to secure your reservation date.

  • The deposit is applied toward your remaining balance if the reservation proceeds
  • If the reservation is canceled, the deposit is forfeited as the date was held exclusively for you

Is there a security deposit?
Yes. A $200 security deposit is required for every reservation to ensure the vehicle is returned in satisfactory condition.

  • Vehicles are inspected after each reservation
  • Any damages or excessive cleaning fees will be deducted from the security deposit
  • The remaining balance (if any) will be refunded to the card on file
  • If damages exceed $200, additional charges may apply
